"U18 Lionesses" are preparing for the "Basketball Africa Cup."
The Moroccan national basketball team for under 18 years (female) continues its training camp at the sports center affiliated with the Excellence High School in Salé, in preparation for participating in the African Cup of Nations, scheduled to take place in Côte d'Ivoire from August 5 to 16.
The national team's preparations began on July 20, where the players entered a closed training camp, coinciding with the wait for the African Basketball Confederation's approval of the request from the Royal Moroccan Basketball Federation to participate in the continental championship.
The national team is undergoing an intensive training program that includes physical, technical, and tactical aspects, aiming to enhance the players' readiness and reach the best possible level before the competitions, which will feature the top African teams in this age category.
The Royal Moroccan Basketball Federation is counting on this training camp to optimally prepare the national players, hoping to present a commendable participation and represent Moroccan basketball positively on the continental stage.
