"FIFA" announces a huge event in 3 countries.

The celebrations for the 2026 World Cup will kick off next Wednesday with a live multi-city music event, the first of its kind, connecting Canada, Mexico, and the United States in collaboration with the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, which organizes the Grammy Awards.

Los Angeles will host the countdown event in the United States, featuring the band Major Lazer led by Diplo and star Davido, with additional artist names to be announced later.

The doors of the Crypto.com Arena will open at 5 PM Pacific Time, with the live broadcast of the event starting at 6 PM.

Tickets will go on sale starting today, Wednesday, at 10 AM Pacific Time.

After the announcement of the participating artists in Toronto and Mexico City, all eyes are now on Los Angeles, where fans are eagerly awaiting an exceptional celebration next Wednesday.

The event is part of a live and simultaneous musical experience taking place for the first time across Canada, Mexico, and the United States, aimed at connecting audiences in the three host countries through football, music, and culture, in preparation for the 2026 World Cup.

Los Angeles will host a vibrant and energetic celebration, headlined by Major Lazer led by Diplo and Davido; they are the first artists announced to participate in an evening expected to be special, blending music, football, and culture.

Live segments will also be featured from Mexico City and Toronto, with the previously announced artists, including Bryan Adams, Nora Fatehi, Sanju, Figadream, AHA, and Wyclef Jean, along with Los Angeles Azules, Belinda, and Elena Rose.

Manolo Zubiria, the executive director of the tournament in the United States, stated that "the countdown concert series reflects the passion, unity, and cultural ties that connect the three host countries and the world, which are the values that define the 2026 World Cup."

Zubiria added, "Just two days before the opening match in the United States, Los Angeles will present an unforgettable show featuring a selection of stars in one of the world's leading entertainment capitals, where music, football, and fans come together in a global celebration in preparation for welcoming the world."
