Women's Cup quarter-final schedule

After a group stage full of excitement, rivalry, and twists until the last moments, the eight teams qualified for the quarter-finals of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations "Morocco 2026" have been finalized.

The tournament witnessed the emergence of the Malawi team as one of the most notable surprises of the competition, having achieved a historic qualification to the knockout stages, while Nigeria and South Africa, the champions of the previous two editions, secured their places in the quarter-finals after a strong competition during the group stage.

The tournament now enters the knockout stage on August 8 and 9, where eight teams will compete for spots in the semi-finals, along with securing direct places in the Women's World Cup "Brazil 2027".

The quarter-final matches will kick off on Saturday, August 8, at the Moulay Rachid Stadium in Casablanca, with a clash between Ivory Coast and Algeria (at 18:00). The Ivorian team, which has shown consistent performances during the group stage, aims to continue its journey against an Algerian team aspiring to reach the semi-finals for the first time in its history.

In the evening, the Moulay Hassan Stadium in Rabat will host an anticipated showdown between the Moroccan team and the South African team (21:00), in a rematch of the 2022 final, which was decided in favor of the South African women with a score of (2-1).

On Sunday, August 9, the Arab Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca will host one of the strongest matchups of this round, when the Cameroon team faces Nigeria, the record holder for the most continental titles (10 titles). The "Indomitable Lionesses" enter the match against the "Super Falcons" without any defeats in the group stage.

The quarter-final program will conclude at the City Stadium in Rabat, where the Malawi team continues its historic adventure against Ghana. The Malawian team, which is participating in the knockout stages for the first time, hopes to continue its surprises against the Ghanaian "Black Queens".

The winning teams in the four matches will qualify for the semi-finals, getting one step closer to winning the continental title, in addition to securing direct qualification for the Women's World Cup 2027.
