The Moroccan club Moghreb Tétouan holds two meetings.
The management office of the Morocco Athletic Club of Tetouan announced the holding of the ordinary general assembly for the sports seasons 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, followed by an extraordinary general assembly; this will take place on August 24th.
The club clarified, in a statement, that the invitation comes in accordance with the provisions of the club's bylaws and the decision of the management office, as part of completing various legal and organizational procedures related to managing the upcoming phase.
The management office also reminded members wishing to run for the position of club president of the necessity to respect the provisions of Article 24 of the bylaws, which stipulates that nomination lists must be submitted to the club's general secretariat eight full days before the date of the general assembly, with the list's representative being the candidate for the presidency.
The statement confirmed that this event is of great importance in the institutional path of the club; considering what it requires to complete its structures within the legal deadlines, ensuring the continuity of managing its administrative, financial, and sports affairs.
The management office called on all members to attend at the scheduled time for the commencement of the general assembly's work, in order to provide the legal quorum during the first meeting, and to avoid any delays in completing the legal and organizational procedures, allowing for the election of the new governing bodies, in service of the higher interest of the Morocco Tetouan Club.
