Morocco participates in the "Equestrian World Cup."
The Royal Moroccan Equestrian Federation announced the qualification and participation of Moroccan riders in the 2026 World Championship of the International Equestrian Federation, which will take place in "Aix-la-Chapelle" (Germany) from August 10 to 23.
The federation clarified in a statement that this global event, which will bring together the elite of equestrian sports in several disciplines, is a significant date on the international agenda.
The same source added that Morocco will be represented in this championship in three equestrian disciplines; in the complete competition, Nour Slawi will participate with the horse "Legend B," while Yassine Rahmouni will defend the national colors in dressage with "Kind of Magic."
The statement indicated that Morocco will be represented by two riders in show jumping, namely Abdel Salam Benani Semirs with "Mr. Declyps," and Abdel Kabir Oudar with "Larsino."
On this occasion, the Royal Moroccan Equestrian Federation praised the selected riders, whose results and consistent performance at the highest levels enabled them to secure a qualification spot for this prestigious sporting event.
The document concluded that this participation confirms the continuous development of Moroccan equestrian sports on the international stage and reflects the work accomplished by the riders and their teams, alongside various stakeholders contributing to the advancement of this sport.
