Wydad begins preparations for the new season.
The Wydad Athletic Club football team kicked off its preparations for the new football season today, Tuesday, by conducting its first training session under the supervision of its new Portuguese coach Paulo Sergio Brito, who led his first training since taking over the technical management of the "Red Team."
The training session, held at the "Willingness Complex," saw the participation of several players who returned to Wydad during the current summer transfer window, led by Moroccan international Yahya Attiat Allah, along with Yahya Jibran and Ayman Al-Hassouni, as well as Osama Al-Zamraoui, who returned after the end of his loan period.
The training also witnessed the presence of Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech, who joined the group to begin his preparations for the new season, as he is under contract with Wydad until the end of next season, participating in the initial preparatory sessions alongside the other players.
This session is part of the preparatory program established by the technical staff, aimed at preparing the team for the challenges it will face in the upcoming season, both in the professional league and continental competitions, with a focus on enhancing the physical and technical readiness of the group. The "Red Team" continues its movements in the current summer transfer market to strengthen its squad with players capable of providing the necessary contributions.
