Bietkovic leaves the coaching position of the Algeria national team.

The Algerian Football Federation announced on Monday the termination of its contract with national team coach Vladimir Petkovic and his technical staff, by mutual agreement between the two parties.

The federation stated in a statement that the termination of the contractual relationship has come into effect, without clarifying the reasons that led to this decision.

The federation praised what it described as the professionalism of Petkovic and his technical staff and their commitment throughout their tenure with the national team, thanking them for the work they accomplished during the 29 months they led the team.

The Algerian federation wished the coach and his staff success in their future professional endeavors, without revealing the identity of the coach who will take over the national team in the upcoming phase.
