Additional Portuguese coach at Renaissance Berkane.
“Hesport” learned from a reliable source that the RS Berkane club has reached an agreement with the Portuguese coach Pedro Litaou Brito (56 years old), known as “Bubista,” to take over the technical leadership of the team, with an official announcement of his appointment expected in the coming hours, signaling the start of a new phase in the journey of the “Orange Club”; this follows a series of contracts between Moroccan football clubs and Portuguese coaches.
The choice of Bubista comes after the successes he achieved with the Cape Verde national team, where he established himself as one of the prominent coaches on the African continent, relying on tactical discipline, defensive organization, and effectiveness in exploiting opportunities; he also succeeded in building a team capable of competing with the continent's giants, which earned him a distinguished reputation and attracted the attention of several clubs to follow his career, before RS Berkane finalized the agreement with him.
The Portuguese coach will face a different challenge by transitioning from coaching national teams to daily work with clubs, where he will be required to manage the group continuously, deal with the pressure of consecutive matches, and compete on multiple local and continental fronts.
Bubista will also be tasked with maintaining the competitive identity that characterizes RS Berkane, while developing the team's playing style in line with his artistic philosophy, without compromising the stability that distinguishes the “Knights of the East.”
The Portuguese coach possesses several factors that may help him succeed in his new role, foremost among them his extensive experience in African football, his ability to build cohesive defensive systems, in addition to his calm approach in dealing with players.
Bubista is also expected to benefit from the administrative stability enjoyed by RS Berkane, along with the quality of the team's human composition, which provides him with a suitable foundation to implement his artistic ideas and strive to achieve the club's goals in various competitions during the upcoming season.
