Two English clubs are monitoring the situation of Khenous.

Moroccan international Bilal El Khannous has caught the attention of two clubs from the Premier League, as the summer transfer window nears its end, while Stuttgart is holding on to its player, considering him a key pillar of its sports project.

Sky Sports Germany reported that two clubs from the Premier League recently inquired about El Khannous's situation with Stuttgart's management, without revealing their identities, noting that the German club does not intend to open negotiations unless it receives an offer exceeding 60 million euros.

This stance reflects Stuttgart's confidence in the abilities of the Moroccan midfielder, who joined the team permanently this summer after a successful loan period from Leicester City.

El Khannous had a remarkable season with the German team, having played 41 matches in various competitions, during which he scored 9 goals and provided 7 assists, before solidifying his position with an impressive performance for the Moroccan national team in the 2026 World Cup, where he started in six matches.

Despite the English interest, the same network clarified that the situation has not yet progressed beyond inquiries, as there has been no official offer to Stuttgart's management, and the player has not submitted a request to leave, although he has spoken with close associates about the possibility of embarking on a new experience this summer.

For now, El Khannous remains committed to Stuttgart, while it is expected that the outlines of his future will become clearer in the remaining days of the transfer window, should the interested clubs decide to move from monitoring to making official offers.
