The Qatari club Al-Shamal presented its new player, Mohamed Rabi' Harimat, the former captain of the Royal Army, today, Saturday, right after he joined the team's training camp currently taking place in the Netherlands, in preparation for the upcoming football season.
The Qatari club published a video on its official social media accounts documenting the moment the Moroccan player arrived at the team's residence, where he was welcomed and greeted by his teammates and the technical staff. The video was accompanied by the phrase: "Welcome, you have brightened our day, Mohamed Rabi' Harimat."
At the end of the video, Harimat addressed the fans of Al-Shamal, urging them to support the team during the upcoming season, affirming the group's ambition to deliver strong performances. He said: "Al-Shamal fans... wait for us next season."
Al-Shamal is currently undergoing a training camp in the Netherlands as part of its preparation program for the new season, during which the technical staff aims to physically and technically prepare the players and integrate the new signings before the official competitions begin.
Harimat is considered one of the top midfielders in the national league, having captained the Royal Army in recent seasons, before embarking on his first professional experience outside Morocco by joining Al-Shamal during the current summer transfer window.
