Matches between boxers from Morocco and Hungary.
The Moroccan gloves will face strong matches against their Hungarian counterparts on August 2nd, at the covered university boxing hall of the Ben Amsik sports complex in Casablanca, as part of the international evening organized by the Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation for the men's and women's teams.
These international matches are part of the intensive preparations that the national team is undergoing in anticipation of upcoming competitions, notably the twentieth Mediterranean Games, which will be hosted in the Italian city of Taranto from August 21 to September 3, 2026.
Currently, the Hungarian team is participating in a joint training camp with the Moroccan elite at the Royal Moulay Rachid Institute for Training Leaders in Maamoura, Salé, which runs from July 26 to August 1. The technical staff, led by Dr. Gabriele Martelli, is focusing on conducting test matches and physical and tactical exercises to enhance the readiness of the champions.
The program for this sports celebration includes 14 matches, evenly split between women and men. The weigh-in process will start at 8 AM next Sunday, with the official matches beginning in the covered hall at 2 PM.
