The Tangier Union football team resumes its preparations for the 2026-2027 sports season, as the club announced the return of the first team players and technical staff members to training tomorrow, Tuesday, starting at six in the evening, signaling the start of the preparation phase for the new season.
The club confirmed, in an official statement, that the start of training comes in an atmosphere characterized by focus, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork, with the aim of achieving the best levels of physical and technical readiness, in line with the team's ambitions and the aspirations of its fans for the upcoming season.
The Tangier Union clarified that some players and technical staff members will be absent from the resumption date, after obtaining prior permission from the head coach, for family reasons or related to distance, and they will join the group according to the schedule set by the technical staff.
The statement indicated that the team will enter a closed training camp starting from August 24 for a duration of ten days, as part of the second phase of the preparatory program, aimed at enhancing physical and technical readiness and strengthening the cohesion among the group members before the official competitions begin.
The club concluded by announcing its intention to later reveal the complete preparation program, which will include details of the training camp, the schedule of friendly matches, in addition to the dates for introducing new players, as part of the preparations for a season that the Tangier Union hopes will meet the expectations of its supporters.
