The association confirmed, in a statement, that the team has made a large number of contracts in recent seasons, but most of them have not provided the expected contribution, which, according to them, has reflected on the club's performance and led to a continuous series of changes in the squad with every transfer period, without reaching the desired stability.

The same source added that the issue is not only related to the players' performance but extends to the management of recruitment and decision-making, explaining that the repetition of the same mistakes every season reflects a lack of accountability and the club's deficiency in having a long-term sports strategy.

The same body emphasized that the Royal Army lacks a comprehensive sports project based on clear planning and a recruitment policy built on the team's needs, instead of relying on temporary solutions that rebuild the group every season, without benefiting from the experiences of past years; it also criticized the way the club's management communicates with the fans, stating that repeated meetings and statements have not translated into practical steps to address the issues raised, affirming that "the fans are waiting for tangible decisions and reforms more than promises and speeches."

"Capital Fans" reviewed the recruitment results that the team has made since 2021, highlighting that the large number of players who have worn the military jersey, compared to the limited sports performance, raises questions about the effectiveness of the policy adopted in contracts.

The association concluded its statement by calling for accountability and restructuring of sports management within the club, with the establishment of a clear project led by qualified and experienced individuals, in order to preserve the status and history of the Royal Army and to end the series of failures that have accompanied the team in recent seasons.
