Al-Hilal is preparing for the new football season.

Moroccan player Abdul Razak Hamdallah, the new striker for the Saudi team Al-Taawoun, revealed his goals for the new season.

The official website of the Saudi League stated that Hamdallah is preparing for his ninth consecutive season in the Saudi league, making Al-Taawoun the fourth club he plays for in the tournament after Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Shabab. He also previously had a short loan period with Al-Hilal during the Club World Cup last year.

Hamdallah has won the Saudi Professional League title twice, with both Al-Nassr and Al-Ittihad.

The new Al-Taawoun striker is competing for the title of all-time top scorer in the Saudi Professional League, as he is only five goals away from equaling the historical record held by Syrian striker Omar Al-Somah, having scored 156 goals.

The new top scorer of Al-Taawoun stated that his team is a big team capable of competing for titles in the new season, as well as in the AFC Champions League.

He added: "Especially the continental tournament, although it will be a target for many clubs, including Al-Taawoun, we will fight for it, and why not win it and represent Saudi football in the best way?"

The Al-Taawoun striker confirms that preparations for the new season are going well in the camp, stating that the camp period is the right time to prepare the player mentally and physically, along with all aspects related to readiness for the new season.

He said: "Thank God we have made significant progress in our preparations, and God willing, we will be fully ready before the first match."
