The Libyan Union contracts with Faouzi Benzarti.
The Libyan Football Club Al-Ittihad announced on its official Facebook page the signing of Tunisian coach Faouzi Benzarti.
With this announcement, it is confirmed that Benzarti, "the elder of Tunisian coaches," is leaving the Tunisian club Al-Ahly, with which he won the local Premier League title last season and prepared for the upcoming season.
It is worth mentioning that Faouzi Benzarti (born in 1950) has coached the Tunisian national team on several occasions and has won local and continental titles with Tunisian clubs, while his greatest achievement during his time in Morocco was reaching the final of the FIFA Club World Cup with Raja Casablanca in 2013.
