The Arab National Conference congratulates Wahbi.

Maher Al-Taher, the Secretary-General of the Arab National Conference, sent a congratulatory message to Mohamed Wahbi, the coach of the Moroccan national football team, stating: “We extend our warmest and deepest greetings and congratulations on the remarkable successes achieved by the Moroccan sports team in the 2026 World Cup under your distinguished leadership, which brought immense joy to the hearts and souls of all the children of the Arab nation from the Atlantic to the Gulf.”

Al-Taher added that “the joy and unity of the children of the Arab nation in the victories of the Moroccan and Egyptian teams and other Arab teams carry deep meanings and implications, affirming our Arab people's belief in their Arab identity and the unity of their destiny and future.”

The Secretary-General of the Arab National Conference emphasized that “the raising of Palestinian flags by Moroccan sports teams and the chants for Palestine and its steadfast people express the deep historical connection between Morocco and Palestine, and reflect the profound bond of the great Moroccan people with the issues of their national and pan-Arab causes, with Palestine at the heart of them.”

Maher Al-Taher said: “On behalf of the General Secretariat of the Arab National Conference, we salute you from the depths of our hearts, and congratulate you and all members of the Moroccan sports team on what you have achieved in results that will remain in the memory of the Arab generations who believe in the unity of the nation and the unity of its destiny and future.”
