"Hasport" learned from an informed source that several members of Wydad Athletic Club expressed their dissatisfaction with the delay in receiving the administrative and financial reports, just a few days before the scheduled date for the ordinary and electoral general assembly, set for July 21 of this month.

The same source clarified that the members have not yet received the two documents that would allow them to review the management board's performance during the 2025-2026 sports season, emphasizing that the delay in delivering them reduces the time available to study their contents and prepare comments before the electoral general assembly.

The same source added that the members expect the current management board to expedite providing them with the reports, in respect of the legal and regulatory procedures governing sports associations, so that they can discuss the various points on the agenda with a clear understanding of the financial and administrative data.

Wydad Athletic Club had announced earlier today that it will hold its ordinary and electoral general assembly for the 2025-2026 sports season on Tuesday, July 21, at a hotel in Casablanca, starting at 4 PM.

This general assembly is expected to be a pivotal moment in the club's journey, as it will witness the discussion of the administrative and financial reports before moving on to elect a new president and members of the management board, following the resignation of President Hicham Ait Mana announced earlier.
