Results of the Taekwondo King's Cup competition.

The Al-Noor Club in Benslimane won the title of the Men's category, and the Royal Club of Souk Sebt won the Women's category, last Saturday, with the title of the Throne Cup for Taekwondo for the 2025-2026 sports season, which was held in the covered hall of Qalaat al-Sraghna from July 9 to 11, coinciding with the third edition of the National Police Championship.

In the Women's category, the Royal Club of Souk Sebt (Beni Mellal-Khenifra League) won the title after defeating the Al-Noor Club in Benslimane (Casablanca-Settat League) in the final match.

The third place in this category was shared by the "Dream Center for Sports Excellence" Club and the "Stars of Bousalem Salé" Club, both belonging to the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra League.

In the Men's category, the Al-Noor Club in Benslimane (Casablanca-Settat League) was crowned champion after winning the final against the Al-Nahda Sports Club of Seraghna (Marrakech-Settat League).

The third place was shared by the "Ismaili 1 Meknes" Club (Fez-Meknes League) and the "Central Temara" Club (Rabat-Salé-Kenitra League).

The ceremony for the presentation of trophies and medals was attended, in particular, by the governor of Qalaat al-Sraghna, Samir Al-Yazidi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Morocco, Yoon Yong-jin, the president of the Royal Moroccan Taekwondo Federation, Idris Al-Filali, along with representatives of the Moroccan Police Sports Union, security officials, and other personalities.

In a press statement, Idris Al-Filali confirmed that the Royal Moroccan Taekwondo Federation organized the Throne Cup for the 2025-2026 sports season, alongside the third edition of the National Police Championship, in coordination with the Moroccan Police Sports Union, noting that both events witnessed great success in terms of organization and technical aspects, along with wide participation and a remarkable audience presence from Taekwondo enthusiasts, reflecting the growing interest in this sport in Morocco.

He also praised the good technical level of the competitions, considering that it reflects the noticeable and continuous progress that national Taekwondo is experiencing.

For his part, Adam Omarani from the Al-Noor Club in Benslimane, which won the Men's category title, confirmed that the competition was strong due to the participation of experienced clubs.

He added, in a similar statement: “Thanks to determination, team spirit, and fighting spirit, we were able to win the Throne Cup,” considering this achievement historic, as it represents the club's first title in this championship.
