The Moroccan national team flies towards Rabat.
The Royal Moroccan Football Federation announced that the national team, currently in the United States, will return to the homeland via Rabat-Salé Airport tomorrow, Sunday, around 1 AM.
The federation clarified, in a statement published on its official social media accounts, that the "Atlas Lions" delegation will depart from Boston Airport after completing their participation in the 2026 World Cup, which was hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The federation confirmed that the national team succeeded in reaching the quarter-finals, reaffirming its position among the top global teams, after a journey characterized by effort and competitiveness.
The statement added that the Moroccan team is the only one at the Arab and African levels to reach the quarter-finals in this historic edition of the World Cup, which saw the participation of 48 teams for the first time, finishing the competition among the top 8 teams in the world.
