Guidelines for Moroccan fans in Boston
The Moroccan ambassador to the United States, Youssef El Amrani, stated in a post directed to Moroccan fans arriving in Boston to support the national team against France in the World Cup quarter-finals, that local authorities advise to "bring flags and banners that do not exceed the specified dimensions (less than 2m x 1.5m), and to avoid bringing any flammable materials."
The ambassador also recommended using the train service, which will continue until 2 AM, along with the Bus Express service on the day of the match, explaining that trains will depart 30 minutes after the end of the game.
The Moroccan diplomat added that local authorities also urge to "avoid congestion before and after the match by arriving early at Gillette Stadium, which is about an hour and a half from downtown Boston," as well as "avoiding random parking and using designated parking lots." He concluded his post with a message of support for the national team, saying: "Good luck to our national team and always Morocco."
