Postponement of the Moroccan Football Throne Cup.
The National Professional Football League announced today, Monday, the suspension of the Throne Cup competitions for the 2024-2025 sports season, immediately after the postponed match between the Royal Army team and the Moroccan Stadium team for the Round of 16, scheduled for the day after tomorrow, Wednesday.
The National Professional Football League stated in a statement published on its social media pages: “The National Professional Football League announces, after consultation and coordination with the Competitions Committee of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, that it has been decided to suspend the Throne Cup competitions for the 2024-2025 sports season, immediately after the postponed match between the Royal Army team and the Moroccan Stadium team for the Round of 16, scheduled for Wednesday, July 8.”
The same source added: “The competition will resume with the start of the next sports season, according to the program that will be announced in a later statement.”
