Colombia eliminates Ghana from the World Cup.

The Colombian national team completed the lineup of teams qualified for the Round of 16 in the World Cup, following their hard-fought 1-0 victory over the Ghanaian team today, Saturday, in Coordinated Universal Time, in the Round of 32 of the current tournament held in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

John Arias played the starring role in the match, which took place in Kansas City, after scoring the only goal of the game in the 14th minute for the Colombians against the Ghanaians.

The Colombian team is set to face Switzerland in the Round of 16 on July 7, local time, after Switzerland advanced to the same round following their 2-0 victory over Algeria.
