Referee Oliver will be assisted in managing this intense encounter by his fellow countrymen Stuart Burt (first assistant) and James Mainwaring (second assistant).

The role of fourth official has been assigned to Dutch referee Danny Makkelie, with his compatriot Hessel Steegstra serving as reserve assistant referee.
