The Moroccan national team held its first training session on Wednesday in Houston, USA, in preparation for the anticipated match against the Canadian team next Saturday, as part of the Round of 16 of the 2026 World Cup.
The first training session in Houston, held at the "Houston Dynamo and Dash" stadium, saw the participation of all players, as national coach Mohamed Wahbi continued to implement the specific preparation program for the upcoming match, while assessing the readiness of his players both physically and technically after they played 120 minutes in the previous match against the Netherlands.
The Moroccan national team players showed great focus and clear discipline during the training session, while the technical staff continued to work on technical and tactical aspects, ensuring the physical readiness of the group.
The "Atlas Lions" delegation arrived in Houston in the early hours of Wednesday morning, coming from Monterrey on a special flight that took about an hour and a half, after the team had a light training session before traveling, aimed at relieving fatigue and recovery.
