Scotland's national team training sees absences.
The trio of Aaron Hickey, Scott McKenna, and Lewis Ferguson missed the Scotland national team's training sessions in preparation for their final match in Group C of the World Cup against Brazil, scheduled for Wednesday.
The British news agency (PA Media) reported that the three players trained individually at the Scotland team's base in Charlotte, North Carolina.
It added that Hickey, Scotland's right-back, was injured during the 1-0 victory over Haiti and missed the 1-0 loss to Morocco on Friday in Foxborough.
Defender McKenna is suffering from a calf muscle injury and has not participated in any matches so far, while Ferguson played the entire match against Morocco.
Kieran Tierney was substituted in the second half of the Morocco match due to muscle pain, but he trained with the rest of the team on Sunday.
The Scotland team secured third place in their group, and three points may be enough for them to qualify for the knockout stages for the first time.
This achievement will be secured if they draw with Brazil in Miami, while qualification will be confirmed if they win against the South American giant.
The two teams have previously met four times in World Cup group stages, where they drew 0-0 in the 1974 World Cup, followed by three consecutive losses with scores of 1-4, 0-1, and 1-2 in the 1982, 1990, and 1998 editions.
