Romano: Sabiri to Bayern in July.
The German football club Bayern Munich is close to officially announcing its contract with Moroccan international Ismail Sabari, after the player successfully passed the medical examinations in preparation for his transfer to the "Bavarian" team.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, an expert in transfer news, reported that Sabari underwent a medical examination three days ago within the Moroccan national team's camp in the United States, where the "Atlas Lions" delegation is participating in the World Cup finals.
Romano confirmed, via his official page on the social media platform "X," that the aforementioned medical tests went smoothly.
The transfer news expert added that Bayern Munich will officially announce the signing of Ismail Sabari in July, right after the player returns from his participation with the Moroccan national team in the World Cup finals, where he will sign for a new beginning in his career with the "Bavarian" giant.
Ismail Sabari, the Moroccan national football player, declined to comment on the possibility of transferring to Bayern Munich after scoring once again in the World Cup on Friday evening (Saturday morning GMT).
Bayern Munich had reached an agreement with the 25-year-old Moroccan player before successfully negotiating with PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands to complete the deal and transfer the player to the German champions.
Sabari's transfer to Bayern Munich marks a new milestone in his professional career, after shining in the PSV jersey and establishing himself as one of the standout Moroccan players in the Dutch league, thanks to his physical strength, offensive skills, and ability to play in various positions.
The "Atlas Lion" will continue to carry the hopes of Moroccan fans alongside the national team before embarking on a new challenge in the German league with one of the largest European clubs.
