Nasr Eddin Nabi is close to coaching Raja.
"Hasport" learned from a reliable source that the management of Raja Casablanca has reached a verbal agreement with Tunisian coach Nasreddine Nabi to oversee the technical staff of the "Green" team during the upcoming phase.
The same source added that Nabi arrived in Morocco this morning to complete the negotiations and finalize all the details related to the contract, before the official signing and announcement of the deal in the coming hours.
The source emphasized that all indicators are pointing towards completing the agreement between the two parties, pending the completion of some organizational and administrative procedures, confirming that the club's management sees the Tunisian coach as the most suitable option to lead the team during the next season.
Raja Casablanca announced yesterday its official separation from South African coach Fadlu Davids, after a period he spent at the helm of the team's technical staff, as part of the changes the club is making in preparation for the upcoming challenges.
Nasreddine Nabi is considered one of the prominent coaching names on the African continent, having accumulated successful experiences with several clubs and national teams, most notably leading Tanzanian Young Africans to achieve remarkable results at both local and continental levels.
It is worth noting that Raja Casablanca is currently in fifth place in the professional football league standings, with a total of 42 points.
