Zamalek Club resolves the Salah Musadak issue.
Egyptian media reports indicated that Zamalek Football Club has officially concluded the case of Moroccan player Salah Musadak, the current defender for Wydad Athletic Club, in a new step within the Egyptian club's efforts to lift the disciplinary sanctions imposed on it due to outstanding financial disputes.
The same sources quoted Fahmi Belhaj, the player's lawyer, confirming that all parties have signed the final settlement agreement after completing the various procedures related to the case, noting that an official notification has been sent to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to confirm that there are no obstacles to lifting the disciplinary suspension imposed on Zamalek in this matter.
Musadak's lawyer explained that Zamalek's management acted swiftly to resolve the case, highlighting that the player also showed great flexibility to facilitate reaching an agreement that would end the ongoing dispute between the two parties.
The same reports added that Zamalek officials continue to work on settling other cases related to Morocco, including the case of player Abdelhamid Malali and Ittihad Tanger, with the aim of closing all open disputes and avoiding any repercussions that could hinder the club's situation in the upcoming period.
Salah Musadak had previously obtained a ruling from FIFA, which resulted in disciplinary sanctions against Zamalek, before both parties finally succeeded in reaching a settlement that officially closed the case.
