Demand exceeds expectations.. "RAM" flights to World Cup destinations are fully booked.
The electronic newspaper Hespress learned from a knowledgeable source at Royal Air Maroc (RAM) that flights from Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca to the cities of the 2026 World Cup, as part of the exceptional program running from June 13 to June 24, as well as regular flights (averaging eight flights per week), are fully booked.
The same source added that all these flights are currently fully booked, indicating a very high demand from travelers.
Our source clarified that the flights for the first match of the Brazilian national team, specifically those from Casablanca to New York City, are completely full with no available seats.
The informed source reported that this demand is not limited to the day before the match; rather, the regular flights, which amount to two flights per day, are completely full and at a very high percentage starting from the days leading up to the match.
A RAM source stated that, counting the daily flights (two per day) starting from Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday up to Friday, the total amounts to eight flights, noting that all these flights are operated by large aircraft with a capacity of up to 300 people per flight.
The aforementioned source concluded by indicating that the exceptional flights, which have been scheduled from June 12 to June 24, are also fully booked at a rate of 100 percent.
