Wydad defeats Olympique Safi and rises to fourth place in the professional league.

Wydad Athletic Club triumphed over their guest Olympic Safi with a score of one goal to nil, in the match that took place this evening, Monday, at the Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca, as part of the twenty-third round of the professional league.

The first half witnessed mutual attempts from both sides, with a clear struggle in the midfield, as each team sought to impose its style and look for a goal to take the lead. However, the lack of offensive efficiency prevented any goals from being scored, ending the first half of the match in a goalless draw.

In the second half, Wydad managed to break through the defense of Olympic Safi in the 65th minute, thanks to Hamza Hanouri, who capitalized on one of the red team's attacking attempts to score the only goal of the match.

Olympic Safi tried to come back in the remaining minutes of the match by intensifying their attacking efforts, but a lack of focus in the final touch prevented them from equalizing, and the match ended with a valuable victory for Wydad by one goal to none.

Wydad Athletic Club raised their points tally to 43, climbing to fourth place, while Olympic Safi's points remained at 15 in last place.
