The competition is heating up in the second division of football.

This weekend, the competitions of the professional national championship "Inwi" in its second division continue, with the matches of the twenty-sixth round, in a new stage that could be decisive in the races for promotion and survival.

The round opens today, Saturday, with four matches, where Chabab Soualem (34 points) aims to get closer to the top teams against the fifteenth-placed team, Raja Beni Mellal (25 points). Meanwhile, Ittihad Abi J'ad (30 points) faces its guest, Stade Marocain (32 points), in a balanced match between two teams looking for additional points to improve their standings.

Mouloudia Oujda (31 points) will also meet the Ittihad Islami Oujdi (30 points) in a local derby promising excitement, while Wydad Fes (31 points) visits the runner-up, Moghreb Tétouan (42 points), which is looking to tighten the grip on the leader, Wydad Temara, in one of the highlights of the round.

The competitions will continue with four more matches tomorrow, Sunday, where the leader, Wydad Temara (45 points), hosts the Quneitra Club (32 points) in the top match of the round, while Chabab Al-Masira, in fourth place (37 points), faces its guest, Ittihad Amel Tiznit, in third place (38 points), in a match between direct competitors for one of the promotion spots.
