Wahbi is programming a training session to relieve fatigue.
The national coach Mohamed Wahbi organized a light training session this Thursday evening in New Jersey, USA, aimed at alleviating fatigue and physical stiffness after a travel journey that extended from Morocco to the United States via a direct flight lasting about eight hours.
According to a statement from the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, upon arriving at Newark Liberty International Airport, the Moroccan delegation received an official welcome from the Moroccan Ambassador to the United States, Youssef El Amrani, and the Consul General of the Kingdom in New York, Mohamed Ait Behi.
The same statement confirmed that the Moroccan delegation was warmly welcomed by the Moroccan community residing in the United States.
Wahbi had expressed his strong desire to achieve positive results during the upcoming edition of the World Cup, which will be hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico from June 11 to July 19.
Wahbi stated in media remarks after the "Atlas Lions" delegation arrived in New Jersey, where the teammates of captain Achraf Hakimi will be staying: "We are here to do great things, and we hope to make Moroccans proud of their national team."
The national team will open its participation in the World Cup with a match against Brazil on June 13, followed by a game against Scotland on June 19, before concluding the group stage with a match against Haiti on June 24. Prior to that, they will face Norway in a friendly match next Sunday.
