Fes Morocco defeats Olympic Safi and temporarily takes the lead in the Moroccan league.

Fes won a valuable victory against its host, Olympic Safi, with a score of two goals to one, in the match held at the Green March Stadium in Safi, as part of the 22nd round of the professional league.

The first half ended with "MAS" leading by a goal scored by Sofiane Benjida in stoppage time (45+2), giving his team an important advantage before heading to the dressing room.

With the start of the second half, Olympic Safi managed to equalize through Farji Kermoun in the 51st minute, but the home team's joy did not last long, as Saad Ait Kharssa restored the lead for Fes just one minute later, scoring the second goal in the 52nd minute.

In stoppage time, the referee showed two consecutive red cards, the first to striker Younes Najari, and the second directed at player Ayman Ouhati.

The Fes team maintained its lead until the final whistle, earning three important points that allowed it to temporarily top the standings with 44 points, awaiting the completion of the remaining matches of the 22nd round.

On the other hand, Olympic Safi's points remained at 15 in last place, continuing its struggles at the bottom of the standings this season.
