The latest figures from the "Transfermarkt" website, which specializes in sports statistics, confirmed the absolute dominance of the Moroccan national football team in terms of the market value of its players. The "Atlas Lions" topped the list of Arab teams participating in the World Cup and ranked second in Africa.
Official statistics revealed that the total financial value of the Moroccan national team stood at 488.20 million euros, placing the "Atlas Lions" in second place in Africa, just behind the leading Ivory Coast team with a value of 530.90 million euros, and ahead of the Senegal team, which ranked third with a value of 485.90 million euros.
In the Middle East and North Africa, the Moroccan national team distanced itself significantly from the other Arab teams, with the Egyptian team coming in second with a value of 134.68 million euros, followed by the Tunisian team with a value of 69.45 million euros, then the Saudi team with 36.80 million euros, and the Qatari team in second to last place with a value of 20.48 million euros, followed by the Jordanian team at the bottom of the ranking with 20.13 million euros.
