Wydad Club wins against Raja Beni Mellal.

The Wydad Athletic Club qualified for the Round of 16 of the Throne Cup after their valuable victory over their host, Raja Beni Mellal, with a score of 2-0, in the match that took place this Sunday afternoon at the Mohammed V Complex, as part of the 32nd round of the "Silver Cup" competition.

The first half of the match witnessed a back-and-forth exchange of attacking attempts between both sides, as each team sought to open the scoring early. However, the lack of a final touch in front of the goal prevented any goals from being scored, ending the first half of the match in a goalless draw.

With the start of the second half, the Raja Beni Mellal team suffered a severe blow after the expulsion of player Khalil Ajnana in the 53rd minute, a turning point that changed the course of the match.

Wydad Athletic Club took advantage of the numerical disadvantage of their opponent and pushed forward into attack, resulting in the first goal being scored in the 63rd minute by captain Nourredine Amrabat.
