Celtic dramatically snatched the Scottish football league title from Hearts, scoring two late goals to achieve a 3-1 victory today, Saturday, and secure their fourteenth title in the last 15 years.
Celtic needed to win to take the lead from "Jambos," successfully overturning their deficit to deny Hearts their first title in 66 years.
Hearts were just minutes away from breaking the long-standing dominance of Rangers and Celtic over Scottish football, which now extends to 41 years.

Celtic quickly responded, equalizing before halftime with a penalty converted by Belgian Arne Engels in stoppage time of the first half.

The goal was initially disallowed for offside, but a VAR review overturned the decision and awarded the goal.
With the last kick of the match, Englishman Callum Ouzounidis easily slotted the ball into the net after Hearts' German goalkeeper Alexander Schvolov advanced in search of an equalizer.
Celtic fans rushed onto the pitch in celebration, while frustration loomed over Hearts, who stumbled again at the final hurdle.
Hearts lost the league title in 1965 after a 0-2 defeat to Kilmarnock on the final day, due to goal difference.
Twenty-one years later, they were just seven minutes away from the title, before Albert Kidd scored two goals for Dundee, allowing Celtic to snatch the title on goal difference.
