Ben Ali signs with "Royal Anderlecht."
The promising Moroccan player Slim Ben Ali, who is 15 years old, has signed his first professional contract with Royal Sporting Anderlecht, as announced by the Belgian club.
The purple club clarified in a statement that Ben Ali, the Moroccan international for the under-16 team, has been trained as a central defender, but is also capable of playing in midfield, noting that his contract extends until 2029.
The club added that Slim has been playing for Sporting since 2018, making him a pure product of "Neerpede," the training center affiliated with Anderlecht, highlighting that the player stands out for his maturity within the youth academy, where he also plays in an age category above his own.
Anderlecht pointed out that the under-16 Moroccan international is a "very complete" player, considering his ability to occupy positions 4, 5, 6, and 8, in addition to having high technical quality, a distinctive vision of the game, and advanced tactical intelligence.
The club added that the player "remains calm under pressure, demonstrates discipline in his positioning and efforts, and possesses the ability to take appropriate offensive initiatives."
