The Moroccan national team for under 17 years has begun its preparations for the African Cup of Nations for youth, which will be hosted by the kingdom from May 13 to June 2, 2026, by conducting two training sessions on Wednesday at the Mohammed VI Football Complex.
The technical staff of the national team, led by coach Thiago Lima Pereira, focused during the sessions on physical and technical aspects, as part of the preparation for the "Atlas Cubs" to engage in the anticipated continental competition.
These preparations are taking place in an atmosphere of focus and discipline, driven by the national players' desire to achieve a strong start in the tournament held in Morocco, amid great expectations from fans to see a competitive team capable of going far in the competition.
The national under 17 team will begin its participation in the African tournament by facing the Tunisian team on May 13, at the Moulay Hassan Stadium in Rabat, starting at 8 PM.
