Juventus wants to sign the Croatian player.
The website "TransferFeed" reported that Moroccan international Soufiane Kharouani, a player for Dutch club Utrecht, has become a target for Italian club Juventus, which is looking to strengthen its squad during the upcoming transfer window, particularly on the left flank, which is one of the team's priorities.
According to the same source, the management of "La Vecchia Signora" is closely monitoring several names proposed for this position, with Kharouani being one of the most prominent, given his technical skills and ability to combine defensive roles with offensive contributions, which aligns with the playing style adopted in Serie A.
Interest in the Moroccan player is not limited to Juventus alone, as the report indicated that AS Roma is also considering Kharouani among the list of proposed players, as part of their search for new reinforcements capable of enhancing competitiveness within the squad for the upcoming season.
Kharouani, who has been playing for Utrecht since July 2023, has been delivering impressive performances this season, having participated in 46 matches across various competitions, scoring 3 goals and providing 16 assists, which has made him the focus of attention from several European clubs.
The player is 25 years old, born in the Netherlands, and will celebrate his 26th birthday next October. He has previously represented the Moroccan national team in 6 international matches, with hopes of increasing his tally in the future.
Kharouani is under contract with his current club until June 2026, which gives Utrecht's management an advantage in case major clubs enter into official negotiations to sign him, especially since his market value is estimated, according to "Transfermarkt," at around 15 million euros.
