"Al-Jadidi" calls for adherence to "the wiclow."
The Hassani Jdidi Club announced, in an official statement addressed to its fans, that it would not be able to accompany the team to the city of Casablanca to support "Faris Dakkala" in its upcoming match against Raja Athletic Club, as part of the 18th round of the national professional league in its first division.
The Dakkali team attributed this decision to the match being held in empty stands (Wiklo), in addition to the implementation of the decision to prohibit the movement of fans during the upcoming rounds of the national league. This step comes in the context of the organizational and security measures in place to ensure the smooth running of sporting competitions.
The club's management urged its supporters to adhere to the issued decisions and comply with the established guidelines, while praising the "civilized behavior" demonstrated by the defense fans in various instances, calling on them to continue presenting a refined image that reflects the noble values of the club and sportsmanship away from any tension.
In a guiding message, the statement emphasized that the stands should remain "a space for encouragement and motivation," and not a place for insults, vandalism, or settling scores, expressing the club's condemnation of all unsportsmanlike behaviors that tarnish the essence of fair competition and do not align with the progress witnessed in national football.
The Hassani Jdidi Club concluded its statement by affirming that the safety of lives and property remains a top priority that cannot be compromised, noting that sports will always be about "ethics and responsible encouragement," while awaiting the return of warmth to the stands in conditions that ensure the safety and security of all.
