"The university" supports Infantino for the FIFA presidency.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation, led by Fouzi Lekjaa, announced its official support for Gianni Infantino's candidacy for the presidency of the International Football Federation (FIFA).

The federation expressed its happiness in a letter to the FIFA General Secretariat, of which Hesport has a copy, regarding the nomination of Infantino and its official support during the upcoming General Assembly on March 18, 2027, emphasizing its exclusive commitment to supporting the current FIFA president for another term.

The national football body highlighted that this support comes in appreciation of the work done by Infantino and his team in developing football at both the African and global levels, in addition to enhancing governance and expanding the base of football practice.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation also renewed its desire to continue fruitful cooperation with the international federation, in a way that serves the development of the game and elevates it to the status it deserves, both continentally and globally.
