A goal from Al-Kawkab Club of Marrakesh makes the volcanic renaissance taste the bitterness of defeat
Kawkab Marrakesh defeated its host RS Berkane with a clean goal, this evening, Thursday, in a match hosted by the municipal stadium in the city of Berkane, in the 17th round of the professional league.
At the beginning of the first half, Tunisian Oussama Haddadi was expelled from the Berkane team in the tenth minute, after which the Marrakesh team scored a goal that was disallowed for offside one minute later, before the same team also completed the match with ten players, after its player Youssef Riyani was sent off in the 20th minute.
Kawkab Marrakesh succeeded in scoring the winning goal thanks to Senegalese Suleiman Cisse in the 60th minute, while the rest of the match did not see any change in the result, ending with the visiting team winning with a clean goal.
The Marrakesh team rose to ninth place with 20 points, while RS Berkane's balance stagnated at 30 points in fifth place.
