Details of the contract between Benchirifa and Wydad Club

Wydad Sports Club announced, today, Thursday, in a statement, its contract with the national team, Mohamed Bencharifa, to lead the first team, until the end of the current sports season, succeeding the French coach Carteron, with whom the association was dissolved by mutual consent between the two parties.

The “Red Club” explained that this decision comes within the framework of its endeavor to restore balance within the group, and give a new impetus to the team in the next stage, while relying on Bensherifa’s experience and good knowledge of the Wydad surroundings, both at the level of players and the peculiarities of the competition.

Wydad indicated that the new coach will work alongside an assistant technical team that includes Youssef Achami as assistant, Tariq Al-Jarmouni as coach of the goalkeepers, and Idris Wago as physical trainer.
