Women's Olympics qualifiers draw in Cairo
The Confederation of African Football announced the date of drawing the draw for the qualifiers for the women's football competition for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
The Confederation has set the date for tomorrow, Wednesday, April 29, at the Foundation’s headquarters in Cairo, where it will attract attention to know the teams’ path towards the Olympic dream.
This edition will see the participation of 35 national teams, including Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Cameroon and Nigeria.
The qualifiers will be held across five rounds in a knockout system, with the continent being represented in the Los Angeles finals by the two teams that will reach the final stage.
It is noteworthy that the Olympic competitions will take place in the United States of America during the period from July 11 to 29, 2028.
