Al-Khanous succeeds in convincing Stuttgart
German football club Stuttgart decided to determine the future of Moroccan international Bilal Khanous, after deciding to activate the clause to permanently purchase his contract from Leicester City, according to what was confirmed by German media outlets.
The same sources explained that the German team will pay an amount exceeding 18 million euros, in addition to additional incentives, to convert the player’s loan into a permanent transfer, after it had previously paid about 3 million euros to benefit from its services during the current football season.
This decision comes after the player fulfilled the contractual conditions associated with the mandatory purchase clause, after participating in an important number of official matches, which accelerated the club management’s move to finalize the deal with the English team.
This trend reflects the conviction of Stuttgart officials in the technical and physical qualifications demonstrated by the Moroccan player, who succeeded in imposing himself within the starting lineup and attracting attention with his balanced performance in various competitions.
Al-Khanous performed at remarkable levels this season, as he recorded distinguished numbers by scoring and assisting goals in the German League and the Cup and European League competitions, which strengthened his position within the team, with whom he is expected to sign a contract extending until the year 2030.
