Moroccan Nasouh scores in the Netherlands
Moroccan Mohamed Nasouh saved his team, Breda, from a certain defeat against its host, Fortuna Sittard, after snatching a fatal draw, 1-1, today, Sunday, in the thirtieth round of the Dutch Premier League.
Fortuna Sittard gradually imposed its advantage thanks to the movements of Christopher Peterson and Lance Doevstein, then Breda suffered a painful blow in the 37th minute when Lewis Holtby went off injured, to be replaced by Mohamed Nasouh, who succeeded in setting the pace in the midfield.
After the first half ended in a goalless draw, Fortuna Sittard succeeded in opening the scoring 10 minutes after the start of the second half, following a cross from Neraycho Kasanuerjo, which Peterson successfully followed into the net.
In the first minute of stoppage time, Mohamed Nasouh fired a loud missile from a long distance that hit the left corner of the goal.
Breda raised its score to 25 points in penultimate place, compared to 36 points for Fortuna Sittard in twelfth place.
