"Fatal Tigers" refuses to reveal "Tifo"
The “Fatal Tigers” faction, which supports the Maghreb Fez club, expressed its strong condemnation of what it described as the harassment practiced against it, against the backdrop of its demand to reveal the content of the “Tifo” prepared for the team’s match against Wydad Athletic Club, expected tomorrow evening, Sunday.
The same faction considered, in a statement issued on Saturday morning, that “attempts to stifle the public’s voice reflect a return to prevention methods targeting the Ultras movement as its role and influence in society grows.”
The communication also stated that freedom of expression is an inherent right guaranteed by the Moroccan Constitution and international conventions, and that the exercise of this right always takes place within the framework of full respect for national sanctities.
The statement made it clear that the faction will not give up its principles and will not accept guardianship from any party, categorically refusing to subject its activities inside the stands to prior approval or oversight.
The communication stressed the refusal to provide TiVo content to any party in exchange for allowing its entry, describing this measure as censorship that is not worthy of the dignity of the public.
