The reason for Al-Muhammadi’s visit to the “Black” camp
A responsible source revealed the reason for the appearance of international goalkeeper Mounir El Kajoui El Mohammadi with the Moroccan national team players in their camp at the Mohammed VI Football Complex Center in Maamoura, before setting off for Madrid in preparation for facing the Ecuadorian national team, highlighting that the matter is nothing more than a support visit to his teammates, and has nothing to do with any summons as was circulated.
The same source stated, in a statement to Hesport, that Al-Mohammadi took advantage of his presence a few days ago at the center to visit the national team players, where he shared dinner with them, and was keen to provide support and encouragement to the group.
Al-Mohamady, who was absent from the national team roster due to the injury he sustained during the Moroccan national team’s participation in the recent African Cup of Nations, continues his rehabilitation program in order to fully recover from a dislocated shoulder that kept him away from the “Lions” and RS Berkane for weeks.
The Moroccan national team delegation arrived yesterday evening in the Spanish capital, Madrid, where it is expected to take part in a main training session tomorrow in preparation for the friendly match against the Ecuadorian national team, scheduled for the Metropolitano Stadium, starting at nine-fifteen at night.
After the Ecuador match, the Moroccan national team will head directly to Lens, in preparation for the second friendly match against the Paraguayan national team, next Tuesday, starting at eight o’clock at night, on the grounds of the Polar-Deliles stadium.
