The university separates from Al-Saktiwi by mutual consent
The Royal Moroccan Football Federation announced, in an official statement, the end of its association with coach Tarek Sektioui by mutual consent, following a period during which he supervised a number of national teams, including the Olympic team, the local team, in addition to the reserve team.
The university explained that the decision to separate came within a consensual framework, without revealing additional details regarding its reasons or background.
The body supervising national football expressed its appreciation for the efforts made by Al-Saktiwi during his tenure, praising the results achieved under his leadership.
The university concluded its statement by wishing the Moroccan coach success in his future career.
The Omani Football Association appointed Moroccan Tariq Al-Saktiwi as coach of its first national team, succeeding Portuguese Carlos Queiroz after “terminating” his contract “by mutual consent,” according to what was announced on Sunday.
The Omani Federation said in two brief statements, “The Omani Football Association announces its contract with Moroccan coach Tariq Al-Saktiwi to lead the first national team during the next stage in preparation for the upcoming benefits,” after announcing the termination of the contract with Queiroz.
