Libya faces Niger and Liberia in Morocco
The Libyan Football Association announced that the national team will play two friendly matches against Niger and Liberia during a training camp in Morocco between March 23 and 31, as part of preparation for the upcoming matches.
The Union itself explained, according to what was reported by the Libyan News Agency yesterday, Thursday, that the first match will be against the Niger national team, while the second will be against the Liberia national team.
Coach Aliou Cisse chose a list of 20 players to enter the preparatory camp in Morocco, which includes:
– Goalkeepers: Murad Al-Wahishi (Al-Ahly Benghazi), Mohamed Ayad (Al-Ittihad), and Abdel-Jawad Rizk (Al-Nasr).
– Defensive line: Ali Youssef (Nantes, France), Muhannad Eto’o (Al-Nasr), Ibrahim Bourouis (Al-Madina), Jumaa Bourguiqa (Ahly Benghazi), Moataz Al-Jarnazi (Al-Madina), and Saif Jaddour (Al-Suwaihli).
- Midfield: Al-Moatasem Al-Misrati (Italian Hellas Verona), Marawan Al-Hubaishi (Ahly Tripoli), Abdel Moneim Okasha (Al-Suwaihli), Osama Al-Shuraimi (African Tunisian), Farouk Aziz (Al-Madina), Amjad Al-Ghashim (Al-Suwaihli), and Omar Al-Harak (East Fife, Scotland).
– Offensive line: Izzo Al-Marimi (Ahly Tripoli), Ismail Al-Tajouri (Ahly Tripoli), Ahmed Al-Mesmari (Leganés, Spain), and Mohamed Bao (Gais Gutenberg, Sweden).
